4.Kurangi interaksi berlebihan dengan alat2 yang menghasilkan radiasi seperti TV dan Computer,alat2 yang menghasilkan KEBISINGAN berlebih,
5.jika semua sudah anda lakukan berdoalah kepada Tuhan semua berasal daripada-NYA
